I'm currently using landwatch.com to search for land in my home state of georgia.

It is high desert at 4,000 feet so the winters and summers are not terrible. This advice applies to usa only. I wanted to know more about the process of buying from land watch. Even if you don't trust it to find land, you can use it to locate the cheaper areas of each.

But other than being careful and doing due diligence landwatch has been a great tool.
