How publicly available or easy to access is going to vary greatly. This is a platform for members and visitors to explore and learn about osint, including various tactics. You might have to put in a public records request for it. Mugshots if taken during an arrest are probably almost always public record in most jurisdictions.

The path to the mugshots folder should be something like d:\modding\easynpc\mugshots\ [insert npc mod here] so it has to be inside the easynpc.
